Join Coral and Jill for a week of movement, nature, nourishment, and renewal in the heart of the Osa Peninsula. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and inspired.
Nestled between pristine rainforest and the Pacific Ocean, the Osa Peninsula is unlike anywhere else. Our eco-luxury retreat, Blue Osa, offers an invitation to slow down, unplug, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to live in rhythm with yourself.
Home to ancient rainforest, abundant wildlife, and an extraordinary concentration of biodiversity, this remarkable region inspires a profound sense of awe.
Each day begins and ends with nourishing yoga practices led by Coral to support body, mind, and nervous system. Morning classes energize and cultivate strength, while evening practices invite deep restoration through slower movement, breathwork, meditation, sound bath, and relaxation. Jill will bring you on a vibrational journey using crystal singing bowls and chimes helping to reach a deeper level of relaxation.
Throughout the week, you'll enjoy vibrant, locally sourced meals prepared fresh each day, celebrating the flavors and abundance of Costa Rica. Between practices, there is plenty of time to explore the beach and jungle, go on an excursion, or receive a spa treatment and swing in a hammock with the rainforest as your soundtrack.
As the sun sets and the full moon rises over the jungle, we'll gather for a special evening of celebration, reflection, and connection.
Step away from the constant demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in one of the most biologically rich places on Earth. Say ‘yes’ to this rare opportunity to unplug, settle into the rhythms of nature, and reconnect with yourself.
