  • Full Moon Yoga

    Join us for a sunset and moonrise all-levels yoga class led by Coral Brown. We will celebrate the rising full moon together as we flow in a collective rhythm by the ocean.

    Coral has been guiding this full-moon ritual for over 20 years and is thrilled to continue the tradition at the Beavertail Lighthouse with you.

    Please dress in layers, bring a blanket or towel, bug spray, and any yoga props you like. We will practice on the grass next to the lighthouse.

  • Kirtan

    Kirtan is music for the soul, a joyful, uplifting and meditative practice often described as the “jewel” of the spiritual path. Through call and response chanting, we will gather in community to open the heart and immerse ourselves in an ocean of devotion. The energy and devotion Lisa & Sarah bring to kirtan is palpable, creating a space that is both powerful and welcoming. Join us as we journey into the heart together. No experience necessary.

  • Yoga & Meditation Practices

    One Sunday a month, we will breathe, move, and meditate in ways that help us feel grounded, clear, and equipped to meet daily life with greater resilience.
    Each session will vary with the rhythms of the season and draw from Ayurvedic principles to support balance within. Expect a thoughtful blend of grounding yin postures, gently energizing sequences, breathwork to steady the nervous system, and meditation to clarify and center the mind.

    All levels will be accommodated.

  • Yoga at Fort Getty

    Beginning June 3rd, join Ana weekly for an all-levels seaside flow.

    Classes are held on Wednesday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:30 am and are open to all levels of experience. Enjoy flowing through a series of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

    Relax with the sounds of the ocean and start your day feeling centered, focused, and ready to take on whatever challenges come your way.

    Feel free to drop-in, or register for the full series through the JTN rec center.
    The drop-in fee is $15. We can't wait to see you there!

Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy :

If you are registered for a workshop, you must cancel at least one week before the event to receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, you may either:

  • receive a refund minus a 20% admin fee

  • opt to receive a credit to your account (this credit can be used toward any purchase)

  • You may transfer your enrollment to another student.

 There are no refunds or credits if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance.

 If the studio cancels your workshop, you will be promptly notified by email and/or phone and receive your choice of studio credit or a full refund.

Coral, a regular contributor to Yoga Journal magazine, has led national and international yoga teacher trainings and educational retreat programs for over 20 years.

Debbie Valois currently teaches at NBX Yoga in Narragansett. She has been teaching yoga since 2001. Debbie previously co-owned and operated Laughing Elephant Yoga studio and co-facilitated their YTT. She has assisted Shiva Rea and has studied with many senior yoga teachers. Debbie has assisted and co-taught several yoga teacher trainings with Coral.
